Preheat Pizza stone, cast iron griddle or cookie sheet in the oven at 500 degrees F.
When the dough has risen, punch down the dough to release the gas and bubbles. Remove the pizza dough from the bowl out onto a clean, lightly floured work surface. Knead the dough a few times and shape the dough into a ball.
Spread a piece of parchment paper on the counter, about a 1 ½ feet long. Place the dough ball on the parchment paper and roll/stretch the dough out until it reaches 14 inches round, or rectangle. It may help to tape the corners of the parchment paper so that it doesn't move around too much while shaping. Just don't forget to remove the tape before baking! *See notes above recipe for tips and tricks!
Fold over the edges of the pizza dough to form a crust. Lightly brush the edges of the crust with olive oil. Evenly spread out all the pizza sauce over the pizza dough and top with cheese. Add desired amount of toppings.
When the pizza is done being assembled, carefully pick up the parchment paper and transfer the pizza to the hot pizza stone or cookie sheet. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and browned.
When the pizza is done baking, allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cut into desired size pizza slices. Serve pizza with a drizzle of honey! ENJOY!
