In a large bowl mix together the oats, oat bran (if using), cinnamon and sea salt. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chopped pecans. Divide the granola between the two pans and spread out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully stir the granola to move it around and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until nice and toasted (keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn!) Allow the granola cool for 15 minutes. As it cools it will harden. Break into pieces and enjoy!
