Dark Chocolate Oreo Truffles are decadent, rich and topped with festive sprinkles. These Oreo truffles are SO easy and CRAZY good! Perfect for the holidays, these are sure to be a favorite by all!
Line an 18 by 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Add the softened cream cheese, and pulse until the mixture comes together. Add melted butter. Pulse a few more times. Scoop mixture out about 1 Tbsp at a time and form into 1 inch balls then align on prepared cookie sheet.
Place truffles in freezer for 15 minutes. While the truffles are in the freezer, melt the dark chocolate bars in a microwave safe dish, and heat for 30 second intervals. Stir between each time. Melt until smooth, being careful not to over heat the chocolate.
Dip the truffles in the dark chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles, (or roll in cocoa powder), and place them back in the freezer for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Then EAT!
