In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, apple cider, pomegranate juice, Grand Marnier, ¾ cup of the cinnamon simple syrup, apple slices, orange slices, pear slices and cranberries. Stir to combine. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick and rosemary springs, if desired. ENJOY!
