Spray waffle iron with non stick cooking spray. Preheat to medium high heat.
In a large bowl sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove and salt until just combined.
In a medium bowl combine the eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin, half and half, molasses, vanilla and melted butter until fully combined.
Stir until just fully combined, but don't over mix! The batter will be clumpy- thats ok. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cooking.
Using 1 cupfuls, pour the batter into the hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with homemade whipped cream and maple syrup. Enjoy!
