In a blender add the ice cubes, coffee, Irish cream, half and half, Kahlua, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, add the instant coffee, brown sugar and hot water. Whisk on high speed for 3-5 minutes, until the mixture is fluffy like whipped cream. Pour the Irish cream into two glasses and top with the whipped coffee. Gently mix with a spoon, and serve!
