I know, I know…. TWO Bailey’s Irish Cream recipes back to back?! But I just can’t help it! Irish cream is just too good and one of those flavors that seem to come and go with the seasons. If you missed our Bailey’s Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet with Salted Caramel Whisky Sauce, you’re going to HAVE to give that recipe a try! And with a title like that, you know it’s got to be good!

So lets make some blended Bailey’s Irish Cream coffee!

    Bailey’s Irish Cream Whipped Coffee:

This coffee cocktail is so easy with just a handful of ingredients, you will have the most delicious coffee drink that you just can’t get at your local coffee shop!

In a blender simply add the irish cream, brewed coffee, Kahlua coffee liqueur, vanilla, ice and cream. Blend until smooth and make the whipped coffee top!

    Making the Whipped Coffee Topping..

If you have never had Dalgona coffee, or whipped coffee, it’s a new coffee drink that become popular during the Spring lockdowns. And it’s pretty much AMAZING. Especially on top of this Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee or this Boozy Salted Caramel Kahlua Whipped Coffee.

Huge bonus? Whipping the coffee is super easy and only requires three ingredients!

In the bowl of a stand mixer, or by hand with some patience and muscle strength, whisk the instant coffee, hot water and brown sugar until the mixture resembles whipped cream, about 5 minutes.

    And that’s It!

Drizzle some homemade salted caramel sauce (if using) around the inside of two drink glasses, divide the Blended Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee and top with the Whipped Coffee Topping. ENJOY!
