One of our family favorite Thanksgiving sides is this Sweet Potato Casserole with Brown Sugar Bacon Pecan Topping. It’s sweet, savory and all around amazing. Each year I always look forward to making it. Everyone who tries it loves it and I know you would love it, too! Be sure to add it to your Thanksgiving menu; you wont regret it!

    Holiday Cranberry Moscow Mules Details

Made with ginger beer, vodka, cranberry juice and fresh lime- these holiday mules are light, refreshing and festive.

One of my favorite holiday flavors are cranberries. Not only are cranberries so delicious, they also make everything so beautiful and seasonal!

One of our favorite holiday treats are these Cranberry Orange Bliss Scones. They’re the perfect treat when you want something with cranberry. Paired with fresh orange, these beautiful scones just feel extra special this time of year.

One thing I really love about these Holiday Cranberry Moscow Mules is the ‘frosted” cranberry look. If you have the extra time, I highly recommend garnishing these holiday mules with some ‘frosted’ cranberries. You can find details on how to do that here.

Not only are frosted cranberries beautiful to garnish drinks with, but you can add them to virtually anything you want to look extra beautiful and festive. Like this Chocolate Winter Wonderland Naked Cake with Vanilla Mascarpone Icing I made last year. The frosted cranberries totally put it over the top!

How to make Holiday Cranberry Moscow Mules

These Cranberry Moscow Mules are incredibly easy and versatile. It’s so easy to make them your own!

The process is so, so simple. Here is what you do..

In a cocktail shaker add the crushed ice, cranberry juice, ginger beer, vodka and 1 tablespoon lime juice (or to taste) and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into copper mugs and top with frosted cranberries, additional lime and a rosemary stem if desired. Serve.

    So easy, right?!

    Holiday Moscow Mule Tips

If you’re not a fan of cranberry you can easily swap the juice out for pomegranate, grapefruit or whatever you prefer! It’s so easy to make it your own. Have fun with it!

You can also make a non alcoholic version by swapping out the vodka for club soda.

Although vodka is more traditional, feel free to use a dark rum!

And of course, these wouldn’t be Moscow Mule’s without the copper mugs…
